If the Seller fails to include the cost of unique packing in the Purchase Rate the Buyer need to pay to the Seller such expenses on need.

21. The Buyer will pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep shipment of any more Goods to the Buyer and may terminate, without liability to the Buyer, any or all subsisting contracts in between the Seller and the Buyer.
